The way of the middle, and there is no need to believe in anything.
Life can be a paradise if everyone decides so and acts accordingly.
Humanity has the power to raise itself, if we make the effort to look for the way. Inside us.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I looked for ways to get connected while traveling. Travelling as a mere tourist gives me a feeling of emptiness, and a sour deception of being left out of life. I would like to share a cup of coffee, take you for a tour in Paris, to enjoy the city and feel it as a local would. To understand what is really happening here. Think parisians are arrogant because they do not want to speak english? Wrong. They just fear speaking and sounding ridiculous...Think the waiters are abnoxious? They might be strange, but they are nice chaps if one breaks the ice.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Met Sarah in Boston for a hot chocolate, it was a wonderful talk.
Met Xi in Montreal, it was a nice time.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I gave math lessons to a 13 year old school-girl when I was still a student, and in a few hours, enabled her to regain enough self-confidence to succeed in life, when she was almost left out. No teaching, just rebuilding her heart. I still feel like crying with happiness 15 years later...
Everything else seems of little importance.
