Hey my name is Afton, I'm just about to depart on a one year adventure to New Zealand. I'm starting off and Auckland and making my way through the beautiful country. I'm way to excited for this trip!
I'm pretty nice person if I do say so myself, I love doing art and being out in nature. I'm adventurous and nothing much can really bring me down.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I need your help to make my trip as amazing as possible! I am traveling solo and I need to make friends who can show me the ropes in their town.
One day when I am settled in a town I will return the favor and keep meeting new people from all over the world.

I'm a huge nerd, if you have comic books you might not get rid of me until all of the issues are read.
I love board games. (I do play DND is anyone has a campaign I can join in on)
I love the outdoors, hiking, biking, swimming, kayaking, rock climbing etc...
I am an okay seamstresses, I love making my own costumes and fixing up old clothes.

My favorite super hero is batman but only because I love the Joker and Harley Quinn.
Justice League Dark is one of my favorite stories to follow.
I do prefer DC comics over Marvel but its all good.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would to greater my learning in sewing. I can teach little odds and ends of heming and patches.
One of the main reasons I am going to New Zealand is to learn how to garden, and take care of life stock. So if you are willing to teach me I am willing to put in so much hard work.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can clean and cook. I am very respectful of other peoples homes. I am an excellent adventurer. I like to tell stories and listen. I am easy to get along with and always become friends with anyone I meet.
