ABOUT ME

Hi everyone! My name is Aga and together with my son Leon we have been living in London for over 12 years.
I am a very welcoming, openminded and outgoing person. I am always on the move, knowing all the latest trends, exhibitions, concerts and places worth attending. Therefore I am finding 24-hour long day much too short. I would love to direct you to some interesting places to see in London and I may be able to join you too.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We host, surf, organise events and went for an International CSurfing Road trip in August. We surfed in 7 countries and looking forward to travelling more this Summer.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had a fantastic experience so far hosting lovely people from Poland, France and Croatia, Belgium, Canada/Holland and more. I surfed in 7 different European countries during our crazy 4000km driving tour in August 2012.

Interests

I work at museums and I am never bored of looking at art and listening to life music. I love visiting new countries, learning about other cultures, traditions and most of all... I love vegetarian food. I am a good cook myself :-)I am interested in eastern philosophy, have been practising Kundalini Yoga for almost 5 years and I love it!

Music, Movies, and Books

I don`t watch TV and at the cinema watch mostly children films which I enjoy. I like French movies, Woody Allen and films that entertain or make you think.

As a child I listened to classical music from vinyl records that my mum played and that is when my love for classical music started. I love most types of live music and feel strange if I don`t go for a concert every month or two.

Leon likes reading Francesca Simon, Roland Dahl, Jeff Kinney books but our favourite children`s character is Nicolas from Sempe&Goscinny series.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Organising and finalising a Couch Surfing Tour across Europe and meeting lots of wonderful, open, generous and fun people. Thank you all for making mine`s and Leon`s Summer so unforgetable!xxxxx
