Hi everybody!

We are Agathe and Pierre, we are 30-29, and living in Rouen for a few months. We are both scientists, working in the field of ecology, Pierre in soil sciences, and I, in paleontology (though I am currently in the process of changing jobs to go into the field of political ecology or social work).

We are easygoing and like many things. We love talking, exchanging ideas, and discovering new people and cultures. We care about the environment and social causes, and do our utmost to ensure that our living space is safe for everyone.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Like surely most people here, we like the idea of being able to discover the world and its different cultures from the inside. We don't have a lot of experience in CS, but we really like having people over, share ideas, stories, experiences, cultural stuffs, and recipes... We do not travel much, but meeting nice persons from all around the world is a nice opportunity to have this feeling and a chance to get a wider vision of our world :).

For us, hosting people is a chance to share moments with the interesting person you probably are.
However, from our small experience, only a few people read the description fully. We are not interested in being a free hostel. Opening our place to you means a lot, and we are looking for both: a good connection and respect (see our home page and rules).
