My name means "brilliant" in Kazakh, but i don't like neither diamonds nor bouquet of flowers. I prefer stainless steel and pot flowers.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have two friends who are active users on Couchsurfing, and together with them I met interesting people. After that, I realized that it could be an excellent channel to connect to people all over the world and explore how we could relate to each other being different and coming from distinct cultural background.

Music, Movies, and Books

I follow several hip-hop artists, both old and new. Usually i listen albums, rather than separate songs. My favorite albums are Drake's "Views", Kendrick Lamars's "Damn", Sylvan LaCue's "Evangeline" ... and, honestly, way more.

Regarding movies, i have seen a LOT of them, and i don't like when i am asked which one is my favorite... but, i can highlight Nolan's "Inception", because it deals with the concepts i was thinking a lot when i was younger.
I prefer watching TV series, containing my favorites such as "Black mirror" and "Mr. Robot".

Books are my passion. Generally, i prefer modern literature and works of existential philosophers, however my top favorite writer is Haruki Murakami, his books have influenced me a lot. I have all of his books and read all his novels several times. My favorite among his books is "The Wind-bird Chronicle" written in '94.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have grown into the adult i always wanted to be, and amazingly, there is still the room for improvement.

I believe that every person has something to teach and share, and as an enthusiastic learner i enjoy communicating with people.

I have a bachelor degree in theoretical physics, so i guess i can explain how things (in both general and specific ways) work: from the molecule structure to the stardust trajectory. haha
