About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Current mission? Sounds too serious of a question to me....Life to me is about having positive impact on the lives of others, and for me a fulfilled life is a happy one with loved ones close by (not necessarily in terms of distance).

ABOUT ME

Nice and easy going, cool, calm collected- okay this is one big cliche I agree (if not too self serving).
Finding a moderate path is something I strive to achieve always: for instance, I try to be myself while trying to adapt to my environment, I'm a bit talkative but realises the need to be a good listener...just to mention a few.

However, I love people-that is until I get a huge negative shock from them (which does not happen often). A bit shy to begin with but very open afterwards...the rest of my personality I leave a secret for those daring enough to be my friends to uncover ;)

PHILOSOPHY

The core of religious views and atheist humanism can be summarised into " Do unto others as you want them do unto you"...I think this is simple enough to be understood by aliens from space...won't the universe be a better place to exist in if every one has this standard?

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Hanging out with people is always fun. Occasionally, someone crushing out with me is okay....but most probably, anthropologists, linguistic experts and those in love with classical music and opera may find my company a little bit more enjoyable.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Come on, I just started...no experience yet to begin with

Interests

It's always amusing to find out I'm one of those few "racially exotic" guys in the concert hall during classical concerts and operas which I frequent almost every week. Again, I love to travel...I guess one of my dreams is to travel with an anthropologist on a field work to a remote place.
I'm currently studying to play the piano with the same teacher who taught Wibi Soerjadi (isn't that cool?) And finally, anyone willing to go on a long trip with a race bike with me one nice saturday morning is welcome.
