Overview
About Me
I'm an independent traveller, I moved away from home to an international high school in Norway at the age of 16 and since then I've been more interested in learning through experiences then through others accounts.
I'm always open to trying new things though I really dislike deep water and fish.
I'm currently traveling on my own (I tried with others but I preferred meeting people on the road) and traveling without flying to try and minimize my carbon footprint.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to meet more people, I've had lots of people from the UWC network staying with me over the years but I am new to being a guest, though I think it would be the perfect way to see a city without the lonely planet filter.
Interests
My interests include card games, social drinking and good conversation.
Hiking and general wondering around also.

Music, Movies, and Books
I am very reliant on music, my favourites at this moment are - Stornoway 'the only way is up' - Van Morrison 'Jacky Wilson Said' and Cam'rom 'Hey Ma'.
I've grown up reading, we had a tradition where each birthday we were given as many books as our age and so I enjoy a good read before sleeping. Current book: three daughters of China.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hitchhiked with the Police in Panama.
