Overview
About Me
Hi,
I'm Ági. I live with my boyfriend. We really like to travel, taking tours around the city by bike or just hanging out in the nature with a beer or a tea (if it's too cold for a beer).
I graduated as a sociologist, currently I work as an elementary school english teacher and I study photography.
I also like creating lists, so here are some interesting facts about me:
- I'm vegetarian since my 11th birthday (shocking experience with some dead chicken hanging above the bathtub while I was going to wash my hands before the birthdaycake as I got home from school) so we cook vegetarian at home. I'm also interested in vegan cuisine and I usually make most of our meals without any animal products.
- I'm a crazy cat lady but I don't have a cat, _not yet_ (so I'm chasing them around the streets and things like that)
- I usually work on my knitting or crochet project nearly anywhere where I have 5 minutes, but especially while commuting.
- I always carry a lot of stuff with me (books, actual craft projects, drawing stuff, etc.)
- I like arts, especially 20th century architecture, literature, painting and of course photography.
- I read a lot (mainly novels)
- I play guitar and we have a band with my boyfriend, We Are Lefties (because we're both left handed). We play indie/90s alt. rock.

Music, Movies, and Books
_Music_
I really love music. I could list here my 100 favourite bands, but I'm not going to. So here are some in alphabetical order cos why not:
Alvvays, Ash, Best Coast, Biffy Clyro, Bully, Dinosaur Jr, Foo Fighters, Giant Drag, Heyrocco, Idlewild, Interpol, Jimmy Eat World, Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Phantom Buffalo, Placebo, Queens of the Stone Age, Radiohead, Rage Against the Machine, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Say Hi, Sebadoh, Smashing Pumpkins, Snow Patrol, Sonic Youth, Tame Impala, The Breeders, The Cure, The Pixies, The Smiths, Wavves, Weezer
And I have a _thing_ about german indie-rock (Wir sind Helden, Hund am Strand, Locas In Love)
_Movies_
I'm not really into movies, I prefer books, but there are some quite good movies I can watch a thousand times.
For example:
Virgin Suicides (all time fav)
Amélie
Black Cat White Cat
Life is a miracle
Autumn Ball
and of course:
Home Alone (every.fckin.xmas)
... and hungarian movies mainly from the socialist era.
_Books_

Kurt Vonnegut
Philip K. Dick
Jack Kerouac
Erlend Loe
George Orwell
Aldous Huxley
Bret Easton Ellis
Sue Townsend
Stephen King
John Green
