Some say "The world is a book and those who do not travel read only one page," and I do strongly agree with this statement. While I am unsure what kind of personality I am, I do love meeting new people, sharing stories, and doing crazy with friends, even strangers. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Don't you agree that local knows better, and yes I want to get local experience when traveling. I have known Couchsurfing since 2009, but I started using this platform in 2013 when I regularly travel overseas. Honestly, I love making new friends regardless of their background or status. That's why I'm joining Couchsurfing.

In an academic setting, I am interested in learning about international development and how the world solves social issues in its respective countries. Music, Movies, and Books

Music. I would say Reggae and Folks for music.

For movies, I have yet to learn about that since there're too many lovely films recently, but I like to spend weekends only watching Netflix, Disney, and Marvel. If I have to mention one, that could be "Monster University." I think the movie is pretty epic, it's about the joys of discovering new dreams later in life and of considering all the multiple paths to get there. Everyone has their own goals and struggles, sometimes shits happen, but we just need to do what we need to do. Take an effort, and be the best of yours no matter it is.

Books? Not sure. Reading is not my hobby lol

Well, I was born and grew up as an Indonesian while Bahasa is my mother tongue. I am happy to teach you Bahasa and the Indonesian culture. I consider myself as a lifelong learner who always want to learn and curious about something new. New people, cultural exchange, or everything I have never seen/known before. Dear potential hosts. I am fully vaccinated (+boosters), love eating good food and clean as well. Vaccination is mandatory in my college, that's why I got so many times COVID19 vaccines: Sinovac (2x), Pfizer (2x), and Moderna (2x). Don't you dare to try new food? I can cook Indonesian cuisines for you, such as Nasi Goreng, Mie Goreng, or Rendang. FYI, Rendang is one of the best cuisine in the world.
