About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Travel the world meet people, enjoy learning new cultures

ABOUT ME

Here's a little bit about me. When I was little I dreamed of all kinds of things. I grew up in the country side, went from working on a farm to…
Adrenaline was always a feeling that I like, being on the edge all the times, always push my limits a little further. I was really inspired by Jackie Chan, where came my inspiration for martial arts. At first, it was for the sport, the self defense, the competitions and staying active.

As soon as I finished high school, I joined the army and went to the boot camp, graduated with the colonel’s flag (it’s a prestigious award for exceeding expectation on top of being number one). After graduating, I soon realized that being told what to do and belonging to the government was not for me.

So I came back home, boy my parents were ever happy. I wanted to be financially free (I got that from Duck Tales, believe it or not, I loved that cartoon). I started real estate investing buying and renting a triplex, renovating it put two years of blood sweat and tears to realize that it wasn’t as easy as anticipated. Followed by my realtor’s license where I figured out I can make money while getting more experience by selling and buying real estate for others. I’ve been through so much stuff I feel I can write a book.

I realized that residual income was also very important therefore I got my license in life insurance. It’s amazing all the new information you learn when you deal with so many different customers. You get to hear stories, the good one and the bad ones. When I had to deal with death claims, I realized how much pain it gave to that new widowed spouse. There were telling me there 65 years as couple life story within a period of time. I’ve also learned the true values of a relationship that would last all these years.

Today I understand that a powerful long lasting relation involves three key ingredients. They are love, trust and communication. The ones that lasted were the ones that did everything together and had a perfect balanced life including, family, business, spirituality, health.

Throughout all my life I was raise to help, volunteer, do what’s right and best for the community as a whole. This is why I’ve always been involved in many charitable events either for fund raising or creating an awareness. I believe I was gifted with the gift of knowledge and life and giving it back to society just make you feel good. From raising money for the food bank, teaching kids at Cheo how to snowboard through the Youth Net program, raising money for the Make a wish foundation, volunteering my time for many community events to now being vice-president of the Carleton Condominium Corporation board of director (where I own my condo) I’ve always found time to get involved.

Today my greatest passion must be acting and being apart of the process. This is how our team and I manage to pull off a $6000 budget movie to Hollywood with the big boys. It might have been low budget, but the talent and passion that was put into this movie were worth millions. The story behind the movie is just absolutely phenomenal. When you think about it 80 local actors all volunteered their time to make this movie which was nominated twice in the largest action film festival in the world. One of the nominations was “Best Foreign Film” and the second one was “Best Action Sequence”.

It was really nerve racking being in the award ceremony after walking on the red carpet next to other famous people in the industry. Our film was nominated against other movies with over a million dollar budget featuring Ron Perlman (Hellboy). When they announce our category and name the movie, I could feel my heart beat pumping the blood throughout my body like it was a huge adrenaline rush (comparable to when I jumped out of a perfectly good plane), Jamie and Eddie Souls of Strife won the Best Action Sequence Award at the Action On Film Festival. The whole city of Ottawa was so proud of us, our story was featured in all the news papers, radio, and tv channels. Another sign of when we put our efforts together, we can achieve awesome things.

I have so many stories it’s incredible, oh yeah, not to mention the Red Bull Crashed Ice event 2009 where I was in charge of opening the race. There are over 100,000 people live at that event plus it is aired in 120 different countries.

The most important thing after all those amazing adventures, VIP parties, is that at the end of the day we are only here once, we got to be nice to people. I live a lifestyle full of surprises new ambitions.

Even thought there is a country part of me, I’ve always like the city life, when I moved to Ottawa, I was amazed at how big it was. Then after travelling to various city’s across the world, I came to realize that Ottawa is not that big after all. It’s like a giant village. A dose of the country is fine but I must say living in the city is very convenient.

I hope this gives you a little bit of who I am, where I am from and my thoughts on life and that I am unique in my own way.

Cheers!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I help someone acheive an emotinal state which is beyond normal, it makes me feel great!

Ex: Selling the first home to a family. Making the transaction work and go through which will become their first new home. It's a great feeling.

Teach, Learn, Share

I do teach self defense seminars in high schools. I would be more than happy to share some that knowledge with you.

I would love to explore your city, either going for a bike ride, cook (I am a great assistant in the kitchen) and just have fun.

I also have a Youtube Channel where I teach people business and marketing. I have over 100 videos on there.
