ABOUT ME

Well, I am a bit workaholic. But positive one, not obsessed. I work as a free-lance journalist, at the moment writing for www.ukrainianlondon.co.uk and studying journalism at City University London. I'm interested in Eastern European politics, Russia, Ukraine, the Baltics. Also I enjoy working at Angela Hartnett's restaurant 'Merchants Tavern' in Shoreditch.

I am a good guide, both in London and Lithuania. I'm willing to meet up for a drink or even make you one myself.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've used CS services while travelling to France, Strasbourgh. Interviewed a lot of travellers for my articles and met plenty of them while living in London.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy I Bergman's movies ('The Seventh Seal'), as well as Tim Burton's or Woody Allens pieces of art! 'Love and Death' is my fav at the moment.

As for music - jazz, indie, reggie, techno.

And books of course. apart from Orwell's Animal Farm and the rest of political stuff I also enjoy reading classics such as Bukowski, Camus, Voltaire etc.
