CURRENT MISSION: dance tango and improve my Spanish :)

I like to dance ARGENTINIAN TANGO:) recently I am excited with my Spanish learning activity - so if you are Spanish speaker and speak with me in Spanish, possibility that I will accept your request will increase ;]

I also like East Asian culture and arts, mostly Chinese ink landscape painting. I like to travel, enjoy the life and visit interesting places and peoples :)
And I like to do a looooot of photos.

I don't like TV. I never have in my home this banal window on the world. Well, my apartment don't have windows at all – so good place for introspection and reflection.

I love to SMILE, laugh, and have a good time. I am generally in a good mood and look to stay positive in life. I really believe living every minute is important. So, I try to enjoy everything I do and find the silver lining in the cloud. Also I am someone who likes to try different things, investigate something new.

I am OPTIMISTIC and look at the peoples positive. Nobody is perfect but I prefer to pay my attention to the positive features of the peoples.

And I always TRUST to the peoples. I think that it is very important and hope that I will never (in spit of anything) stop trust to the peoples.

PHILOSOPHY: Just be yourself，cherish and enjoy each moment of the life :))) carpe diem.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I still be here, even if since 2014 CS became much more commercialized and kitsch :D

I like to surf with locals or host them at my place. It gives opportunity to learn more about different cultures. CouchSurfing makes the world much smaller and more open.

Interests

from 2012 I am learning to dance tango. 3 times a week I use to go for Milonga [tango dancing party] - if you like you are welcome to join.

from February of 2014 I am learning to speak Spanish, so if you are from Spain or Latin Amerika - please talk with me in your language ;]

I love oriental arts, mostly Chinese ink landscape painting. I like to travel, enjoy the life and visit interesting places and peoples :)

Music, Movies, and Books

When I am traveling to exotic countries I always try to hear live folk music :)

I enjoy European cinema in general and love such authors as Jarmush, Kubric, Fellini, Bergman, Bunuel, Almodovar, van Trier and many others. I also fascinated by movies of Alejandro Jodorowsky

When I have time, I like to read. I enjoy the books of Umberto Eco, Milan Kundera, Jack Kerouac, Alessandro Baricco, Paolo Coelo, Mikhail Bulgakov, Fiodor Dstojevskij.

But more often than novels I read texts on philosophy, culture studies and art history. My favorite philosophers are J.-P. Sartre, A. Camus (these two I like also like writers), M. Merleau-Ponty, and many other. But most of all I like Chinese thinkers Laozi and Zhuangzi and also such European philosophers as S. Kierkegaard and F. Nietzsche.

Well anything i know I'm willing to share, knowledge, experience, joy of life... I am also cueries to learn new things. I love to dance tango, we can go together to Milonga :)

We may improve our language skills. I can teach you something about Lithuanian food. We also can dance tango. or simply go for a beer :) We also may share our traveling experience and life joy :)
