ABOUT ME

I am a friendly and open person, who likes traveling, getting to know new people and cultures. I prefer to do things, not just watch others to do them :-)
I think I am pretty active, always in motion and love to be outdoors in nature. Sometimes I try to squeeze in too many things, meaning doing ten different things in one day and also packing too much stuff into my backpack :-)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I always preferred getting to know a place through the locals, travelling for me means the people just as much as the place! So if I can, I prefer staying with local people, who can share the tiny secrets of life in their country, and leave the comfort of hotel rooms for others. In return, I am happy to share my way of living, my energy and even cook you a nice meal! :-)

Interests

I like going with the flow, meeting new people and trying out new things that look inspiring.
I started to do coaching at my work and this new approach gives me a lot of joy recently. In my free time my all time favourites are dance and horse-riding, but I also do a little rock-climbing, or other outdoor activities from time to time.
I would like to see a lot from the world, but I am also bonded strongly to my home, where people surround me, whom I love. I often do voluntary work, mostly with children and lead personal development groups working with movement and dance.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Climbing to the highest peak of Greece, in the Olympos mountains, where the Greek gods live :-)

Gallopping through a field on the back of my horse, on a sunny spring day and just feel so energized and alive!

Being part of the moment, when a tiny little girl - living with a serious illness, being just skin and bones - makes the unbelievable move towards her dream and takes a few steps on a high ropes course, 9 meters from the ground, in the special adventure camp for seriously ill kids, where I am volunteering.

What I Can Share with Hosts

My enthusiasm and energy for sure and would be happy to teach you a nice Hungarian dish or a few salsa moves ;-)
