This is last minute's attempt to find a safe place to stay for me and my boyfriend while hitchhiking from Latvia to Poland, Germany, Netherlands (hopefully) and Denmark.
As this would be the first time hitchhiking together I have no clue and no expectations regarding our route and traveling speed.

I spend my days working at the capital of Latvia and taking an hour long train rides home in a different city. On average I see two roe deers while on the road (rails), solve one third of a Japanese puzzle and hopefully read a chapter in a book. If I'm lucky enough I manage to fall asleep at least on one direction.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

Few years ago me and a friend of mine who we shared an apartment with received some couchsurfers. Since then I know what "Voulez vous coucher avec moi ce soir" means (I haven't been in France so this is it) and that you should never yell nasty things from the rooftop. At night at least.

Música, películas y libros

I tend to change my books from classics (crying may be included) to psychology. From Remarque and Hugo to Latvian novelists of nowadays.
The same goes to music taste. My favourite radio station is the one that plays classical music. Yes, we have a radio station like that, but unfortunately - only one and not available in the town I live in. Still my favourite gigs to attend are either hip-hop/rap or indie related.

Algo increíble que he hecho

I restored my fathers old bicycle, painted it in a night blue colour. Drove 50 km with it to a super small creepy village, spent a night by the lake. The next day 10 minutes after taking off, the bicycle broke down. Had to call for help to get home.
What's amazing about that? I know how to paint a bike.
