I'm an extroverted introvert, and that's a really tricky combination! Sometimes I love to go out and meet new people, but usually I just like to read a book in a comfy bed. But I wish I could be more outgoing and self- confident, I hope traveling will help me overcome those issues.

Right now I really want to get into yoga and meditation, I'm thinking about applying for a Vipassana meditation course soon, let me know if you have any advice or recommendations!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

After living in London for the past 5 years I really want to see other, more distant places. I believe that learning about a new city or a region is best by meeting people who have been there for a while, as they know the culture and traditions best. Hopefully creating my profile on Couchsurfing will help me in starting a new journey!

I'm on a study exchange in Melbourne! Hoping to explore Australia, New Zealand and Indonesia in the next few months.

Food! My biggest hobby, passion, addiction and love! That's why, after not too long considerations I've decided to study Nutrition :)

Health Psychology- such an interesting subject to learn about!
Self development- hoping to find the 'enlightenment' ;)

Global Politics, but that's more a love/hate relationship. I find learning about the relationships between regions and countries, their history and values really interesting. But at the same time, discovering the stories of corruption, war and injustice makes me doubt humanity.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Spend 10 days in Rome, alone at the age of 17! It's a pity I didn't use the couchsurfing then, maybe my experiences would be even better! Loved the weather (slightly too much I suppose as I got seriously sunburned!), and adored the food! (Yes, I'm a foodie)

And coming for an exchange to Australia as an introvert- amazing and scary at the same time!
