ABOUT ME

I am a Filipino born and raised in Manila but presently working here in Vietnam. I am the youngest and the only girl of 3 siblings. The following is a description of myself written 3 years ago (but I guess it still applies)...

A: ATHLETIC - i love sports (especially basketball, volleyball, swimming, table tennis)... this is probably becoz i have 2 older brothers. G: GOOD? - well, i think there's goodness in every person... hahaha! :) N: NAIVE??? - hahahahaha! :p E: EAGER - my eagerness does not only extend in my work but more especially in my passions... for example, when i learned that f4 (my favorite group at that time) will go to HK last may 31 (which btw coincided with my 1 week vacation leave at the hospital) i persuaded my friends to go... actually, when we left we were a clan...all 14 of us... and its all worth it :) my friends tease me that there's only a thin line between my eagerness and my being stubborn...S: SIMPLE - being a Theresian at heart... our motto since prep school is "SIMPLICITY IS BEAUTY"... so to add the equation... simple=beautiful... hahahaha! :p i guess i should have used my nickname "JOY" it's much easier and the name speaks for me... :)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've hosted 2 couchsurfers (both were pleasant experiences). I've participated in 1 (unfortunately) CS gathering in Saigon and met many people from all over. I have met 2 more couchsurfers for coffee and gave exchanged with them thoughts about living in Saigon and travelling.
