I always choose a music genre that matches my mood so it’s a bit of everything. I love the rhythm of Elvis Presley’s Jailhouse Rock as much as Night Lovell’s Dark Night. When it comes to books and movies I usually choose documentaries (I know, sounds so boooring) or something about psychology
