Overview
About Me
Hi there! I'm Agnieszka and I'm a young Polish nerd.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm trying to push myself, try new things, be a little braver about life - and Couchsurfing seems perfect for these. Also, I want to travel more and meet interesting people, possibly learn as much as I can, experience other cultures and worldviews and everything. I have a craving for the unknown, truly, even if it's often dimmed down by my fears.
Interests
Geography, sociology, psychology, art, music, literature... If you can talk about a thing in an interesting fashion, I'll probably pay attention. I love learning, especially via talking with knowledgeable, curious, passionate people.

Music, Movies, and Books
Mostly fantasy books: Harry Potter, the Inkworld trilogy, Chronicles of Narnia, the Neverending Story... Also Hunger Games, Percy Jackson series and others. Big fan of Doctor Who. Fave movie is probably Bridge to Terabithia. I love Disney. Music - I'll listen to pretty much everything if I like it, from bit of classical to instrumental to country to pop to rock to folk... I have a special place in my heart for Adam Young (mostly Owl City) though, especially his older songs.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Outlived my suicidal thoughts.
Teach, Learn, Share
I want to learn everything. Honestly. I'm fascinated by what I can get to know when travelling. Myself... I don't know if I have many useful skills - I guess I can tell you about Poland, its geography and culture, and a bit about my Cultural Studies, which are really quite interesting. I'm particularly interested in the issues of feminism and sexism, LGBT+ and social justice in general, especially its expressions in media.
