About Me

I exist to be enraptured... again and again...

I try to be as active as I can, both intellectually and physically. I read a lot, draw and try to exercise as much as I can, during the spring and summer I cycle to work, lately i have learned how to knit and cross-country ski (and I love it) . Ah, I am also a part of international IMPROV group, which became a very important part of my life. I'm really easygoing and smiled person, but I don't party a lot and need some solitude to charge my batteries, so don't be offended if I ask you to give me some time alone. Prefer to meet up with good friends, chat, dance and play some board games than going to wild parties. I love nature and spending my time with animals, so I have fell in love with Norway straight away.

I am straightforward, so i believe it can be quite surprising and overwhelming for some, cause i don't play games. If I feel amazing in your company, you will know it, if you do something shitty, i will call you on your bullshit, if I am excited, will not hide it. I expect the same from people in my life, even if it sounds a little intense :)

*i am vegetarian and can't eat gluten - writing it here cause it happened few times that my lovely hosts cooked me a super tasty welcome dinner which i couldn't eat. I do not want to make anybody feel like their hard work and good intentions are not appreciated, so it may be practical to pass the info here ;)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Travel, culture and languages are three of my biggest passions, so yeah here I am! Couchsurfing is an amazing opportunity to meet interesting people and what's really important for me while travelling, to get a chance to know local culture in the best way of doing it: by seeing it through local people' eyes. Most of my best friends are couchsurfers, so I guess that's my place! :)

Interests

Life. I don't waste my time. That's why I appreciate every moment and don't leave my plans for later, cause the best moment to do it is now. It brings me into a lot of spontaneous ideas and silly situations.

I love travelling, cooking, reading, art, sport, knitting, motorbiking, languages and good interesting people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I decided to follow my dreams and challenge myself to backpack solo through some countries in SEA. As well I did my motorbike driving licence and got a two wheeled companion for future adventures ❤️

I will add another one, just because I can :D Another amazing thing i done is becoming a vegetarian (almost vegan). I thought that I would never be able to resign from meat. It took me years to come naturally to the point when I can call myself so, but it gives me a lot of satisfaction. Also it turned out that plant-based diet is not so hard and super tasty, so if you want I can teach you some tricks ;)

Teach, Learn, Share

If you are a dreamer, come in
If you are a dreamer, a wisher, a liar,
A hope-er, a pray-er, a magic bean buyer...
If you're a pretender, come sit by the fire
For we have some flax-golden tales to spin.
Come in!
Come in!

Invitation by Shel Silverstein

What I Can Share with Hosts

thousands funny stories and facts about everything! If you need some recommendation about books/music/travelling/crazy ideas, then here I am! Now I can also teach you how to knit, ha!

And of course I can cook for you (or teach you to cook) some tasty food. I believe that cooking for people is the best way to share your love and gratitude towards them. What is a better idea to prove that you care about others, than to make them happy with a tasty and healthy meal
