About Me

Currently I'm on the point of finishing my MA in graphic design. I also work in art renovation and in the theatre.
I like climbing, skiing and swimming in the sea, learning new languages and discovering new music and meeting new people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing to travel and to meet people. Free accommondation doesn't really matter to me that much (don't get me wrong, it's fantastic when you get it, of course! and I'm very grateful for it also)however I guess there is sooo much more than that to find via this website. Meeting new people, discovering their stories, talking about their passion is what I believe is most interesting and inspiring in the idea of couchsurfing.

Music, Movies, and Books

"As i was moving ahead occasionally i saw brief glimpses of beauty"

A while ago I watched this film of Jonas Mekas and I feel it relates to what I'm passionate about so that is photography, filmmaking and painting.

I love Wong Kar Wai films, documentaries and animated films. I really like long and boring films, I guess it's called slow cinema.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was couchsurfing in Norway and one day I was helping the couchsurfer's neighbour with the chickens. In the bathroom upstairs she had a huge box with quite young chickens, there were maybe like 8 of them. Chickens and pigeons are sadly the animals that I'm totally scared of since early days. Every time I see a gang of pigeons strolling in the city I always change my path trying to avoid them. The same thing goes with chickens, sometimes I run away also and scream. I have no idea where this fear comes from, but I'm terrified by their unpredictable movements. Anyway, so that day the neighbour just gave me a chicken to hold it. And I did.
W H A T A DAY!
