About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To contribute as much as I can in the place I'm thrown into, in the time I've been given.

ABOUT ME

Huge fan of hiking, my favourite places are always mountains :)
I enjoy meeting new people, going out, but I also value solitude and sometimes simply silence in a good company is something I very much appreciate.

PHILOSOPHY

My personal philosophy is changing and growing with time and with me. Righ now I'm at the stage of "Be the change you want to see in the world".

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Hosting, which usually includes cooking, talking, drinking or exploring night life of Poznan :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Surfed, hosted, met amazing people that I keep in touch with.

Interests

There's a lot, but the most important would be hiking, traveling, cats, music, singing (I used to sing in a gospel choir - great experience), playing the guitar (amateur level, but enough to keep people at a party singing).

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: "Love actually", "Garden state", "Moulin Rouge", "Paris je t'aime"
Music: soundtracks by Hans Zimmer, gospel, Queen (my everlasting love) - just to list a few
Books - there's a long list, but to name some: "Anne of Green Gable" (all times favourite), starting to get into Terry Pratchett and Douglas Adams, Stephen Clarke, Andrzej Pilipiuk's books, Marquez's short stories

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

For me, the most amazing thing that happened to me was the opportunity to leave the city for a while, so one day I made decision about quitting my job in the office and 3 days later packed my bagpack and left for Bieszczady mountains, to work as a waitress in a tavern for 2 months. The best time, people and experience ever!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can share a lot about music and mountains - that's something I can talk about for hours. Oh, and cats :)
I try to learn from everything I experience and everyone I meet, so I'm always looking forward to meeting new people.
