About Me

I was born and raised in Buenos Aires (Argentina), in an italian family with a beautiful dobermann dog.
I went to an artistic high school, where I discovered my passion for theater.
In 2014 I got graduated from University in Business Management.
Since I was young, I share with my family my passion for playing different sports such as football and cycling, especially with my older brother.
I've been taking drama classes in Spanish since I was 12 years old, and I also took drama classes in Italian for 5 years.
Dancing was also part of my studies in high school, so I cant imagine my life without any type of art.
After coming back home from holidays in Colombia (2016), I realized that my job at the National Oil Company wasnt what I had always wanted to do in life, so I quit my job and started my trip in Latin America. Since then, Ive been working and traveling in many places, changing radically the way I perceive life.
I took up surfing since I moved to Costa Rica, so improving in this sport has become one of my main goals.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think that the best way of traveling is with local people.
Sharing their own secret places, typical dances and native flavors help to understand other realities, points of view and cultures.
There is so much to learn from somebody that was born in another part of the world, so I think that the cultural exchange fulfills all expectations.

Music, Movies, and Books

Reading is one of my passions, as well as the Latin American literature. During my adolescence I was engulfed in the magical realism of Gabriel Garcia Marquez, reading almost all his books. Jean Paul Sartre is also one of my biggest inspirations.
On the other hand, as an actress I deeply admire the poetry of Tennessee Williams and Arthur Miller. I consider that the psychological perspective of his characters is incredibly useful for drama actors.
Regarding about movies, Ive got the same preferences. Drama, historical and well-performed films. I also like watching horror movies with friends.
As for music, I actually listen to all types of music. My preferences depend on the situation and the company.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My trip started in Argentina throughout Latin America, where..
I traveled across the Peruvian jungle; I swam with sharks, tortoises and seals in Galapagos' Islands and with dolphins in Mexico. I won a salsa competition in Colombia, I lived with an indigenous family in Panama, I surfed in Mancora (PE), Santa Teresa (CR) and Puerto Escondido (MX). I climbed Machu Picchu and I visited Chichen-Itza.
I traveled Cuba by doing hitchhiking.

Teach, Learn, Share

I consider cooking as a way of giving love, so I really enjoy trying and making new flavors.

What I Can Share with Hosts

As I've been traveling since 2016, I've got many experiences to share. I lived in different countries, so I've been in touch with many cultures.
On the other hand, I grow up in a latin american country that was influenced by the european culture, so the combination could be really interesting.
