I like traveling, good food and going out with my friends. I also love meeting new people as this is a great experience that improving my life.
I try to ski and sail every year - I found it very relaxing and fun.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am offering my couch and time to those who are visiting Gdansk, Gdynia and Sopot (Tri-city).
I can host you, show you around or simply have a cup of tea and chat with you.
It shouldn't be a problem to pick you up from Gdansk airport or railway station.

Interests

When I have time I cook - I try to experiment with other countries cuisine and I hope it tastes like it should :)
So I will be very glad if you share some recipes with me.
I can also teach you traditional Polish cuisine.
From time to time I also do some scrap-booking as I found it a nice way to keep memories. And during long winter evening I knit.

Music, Movies, and Books

There is always music turn on at my place. And it can be almost everything from Mozart through Beatles till Coldplay. I also listen to Polish music so be ready for that :)
I read a lot. Sometimes more than one book at the same time. I have my favorite Polish writer Joanna Chmielewska. Her work is often described as "ironic detective stories" and for me they are literary equivalent of Czech movies (if you know what I mean). Her novels have been translated into Czech, Slovak, Russian, Lithuanian and few other languages.
I prefer non commercial European cinema in small studio cinemas (I love Czech comedies and Russian movies) but I do exception for US moves done by Quentin Tarantino and Robert Rodriguez.
I also watch TV series like: How I Met Your Mother, Dexter, Grey's Anatomy, Dr House or The Mentalist. And sometimes back to old ones like: Lost, Prison Break, Six feet under or Soprano Family. I am also a big fan of Top Gear :)

Countries I’ve Visited

Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Norway, Singapore, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, United Kingdom
