Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like visiting a new place and to learn from the locals. Staying at a hotel or hostel would just leave me with the shallow surface of it. I'm interested on how people live there, their way of life, how they interact between them, where they go out at night, what they think about their current govt, etc.
