I work as a researcher in a university in Ghent, Belgium. My research is something about chemistry and human body and those in between. I studied in in the UK for a year and traveled a lot while I was there. I like to visit natural places and small towns. It would be very special if I can talk to the local people as well, listening to their unique stories about the place. I am addicted to traveling!

I have hosted and have been hosted several times during my traveling but not via Couchsurfing. I can't wait for my first experience on Couchsurfing!

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

When I lived in the UK, I had a chance to participate in HostUK where I can stay with a British family for a weekend. The goal of the activity is to introduce local culture to international students. I had an amazing experience staying with a couple in Hayling Island, South England. They answered my curiosity and told a lot of stories about their life. We had a traditional English roast on Sunday and visited a very cool open air museum. With Couchsurfing, I hope that I can learn local culture so that my brief visit is more meaningful and memorable.
