About Me

Slow and solo traveller.
My idea for life is: getting working visas wherever I can (and where I would like to live for some months), work and explore there, save money to travel, travel, repeat.
So that's what I've been doing for the last two years.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet new people while traveling in a different way than how I meet people when I stay in hostels.
I had the oportunity to explore Singapore with a local friend and it was the best, I don't think I would have thought much of the city if I had done it with other backpackers or by myself.

Music, Movies, and Books

Books: from Harry Potter to War and Peace, i love novels.

Movies: many (except horror, unless Anthony Hopkins is on it). I like watching the whole filmography from directors I like. I've also watched an obcene amount of tv shows.

Music: Frank Ocean, Foo Fighters, Beyonce, Florence and the Machine, The Strokes, RuPaul, somedays I play Beethoven's 9th symphony on repeat and other days Oops, I did it again, it really depends on the day.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Diving with manta rays.

Four days of driving a motorbike through the AMAZING Ha Giang loop in northern Vietnam (I also ate pizza with condensed milk in this country and drank beer cooled with ice, so it wasn't all perfection).

Camping without a tent in -13 degrees and not dying (and actually sleepling pretty well).

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you some spanish if you're keen, crochet (?) and some argentinian recepies (that don't include steak, sorry).

I'm always open to learn other languages, recepies, and I've had a few ukelele lessons from friends along the road (I'm able to KINDA play three notes on it) so I wouldn't mind learning some more.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Cooking, anecdotes, cooking anecdotes, bad cooking anecdotes.
