Overview
About Me
I consider myself really friendly and sociable, that's why I decided to start traveling even if it was alone. I've started my trip to New Zealand, and then I'd love to continue all along Asia.
At the moment (Jun 2017) I'm in new Zealand, travelling the North Island with a friend after finishing the kiwi season.
I have hosted many people when I could in QT and I really enjoyed it. Doing CS is great and enriching experience. I made really nice connections with people and I think is one of the best ways of traveling. I feel I have grown personally and spiritually since doing CS. I strongly believe that we, humans, are all brothers and sisters and we need to support each other whenever we can.
A little more about me:
I studied ENGLISH my hole life, and then I became a teacher. After I studied the teaching career at IPA in Uruguay, this year finally I got my diploma.
I started working as a teacher in the public secondary school when I was nineteen, so I have some years of experience working with teenagers.
I LOVE going camping with my friends, going to the beach and summer in general. I love summer in Uruguay! There are lots of breathtaking beaches with green water and white sands.
I really enjoy being outside, doing outside activities, such as walking or riding bikes.
I used to practice aerial silks (there are some pictures) and I love all sorts of Acro in general.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I believe in giving and sharing. I love exchanging with people and having the possibility of meeting people by hosting them in your place is amazing for me. I know when one is traveling needs to feel like at home, so I'd love to share some home made food and good stories.
Interests
I love music, dancing, nature, talking, cooking, meeting people...
Music, Movies, and Books
I love all sorts of music, i think all of them have something special. I almost all the time read or watch science fiction books or films. I love watching films and series!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I may say one amazing thing i've done is having the friends I have! They are like my family and always support me. Starting this trip is difficult when I know i'm going to miss home, so I'd love to meet warm friendly people.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm an English teacher... graduated in Uruguay, with five years experience with teenagers in secondary school. I love younger children too!
I can teach you English or Spanish, pretty tasty cooking recipes, stretching tips and most important giving inconditional love.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share lots of stories, laughs, cooking recipes, good moments and I am really willing to learn from new cultures and exchange with others as well as improve my languages skills.
