About Me

I lalways thought of the idea of traveling around the globe was something out of my league; until this year 2016. I'm heading on the trip of my life, around the world and the minor thought of it, freaks me out. Besides, It's an academic voyage!

This voyage which goes from USA, to Asia and Europe for about 7 months. I think this is an opportunity to search for new homes and meet new people, which will be part of my lifetime experience!

I consider myself energetic, cheerful and, sociable as well. I love great talks, get to know the way of living of the place I'm at the moment and, the most important thing, live the moment!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Some friends of mine were telling me about Couchsurfing and their experiences around the globe, and I get a little bit jealous of that anecdotes. So as I love travelling, learn foreign cultures and meeting new people, I thought "Why not giving a shot at this opportunity? ". So I am here! Waiting for the best experiences I could tell and of course, make some friends on the way!

Music, Movies, and Books

You buy me with horror movies, LOVE THEM! And also with Indie Rock bands...
Lately I've been listening to other stuff like House music, deep house, that helps to clears my mind , and sometimes, cheers me up!
I once read a book that i loved! It was about a soldier of World War 2 and how he survived to concentration sites; It was called "Los pajaros tambien cantan en el infierno" by Horace Greasly. I reccomend it!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Got two moments I'm proud of!

1.On a trip to Asuncion (Paraguay), I stood there for one month. I finished a work with my friend and get paid for it. Then I had the idea of travel and take the opportunity to go to Bolivia ,becauseI always wanted to know Uyuni's Salar, the biggest salar in the whole world. So I pushed my friend to go and we finally did it. It was an unbelievable experience to travel through Bolivia (very curvy) and experience 15 degrees below zero at the Salar. Every penny invested in that trip was worth it!

2. When I was living in Paraguay for a student exchange, I had lots of deadlines and work to do at one moment, that i thought i would gone crazy. So, i had a crazy idea that my greek friend, Anna, joined me! We leave our work unfinished and left the next day at the bus station and pick a destination. Anyone, it didn't matter at that time. So we travel to a little town, stood one nightThe day after, we went to a nature reserve where there was a waterfall, in the middle of the closest thing to a jungle. We stood there for a few days, camping and doing the sun salutation every morning. Amazing days !
