ABOUT ME

Hi! My name is Agustín Echevarría, but my friends call me Agu. I come from Santa Elena, a small city in the northeast of Argentina. I got a college degree in English for K-12 in 2012 and one year later, I got a scholarship to teach Spanish at secondary schools in Sedan, France, between Oct. 2013 and April 2014. Those seven months there were an incredible opportunity to meet people from all over the world as well as travelling a bit through Europe.
After that experience I came back to Argentina and got a job as a teacher of English at secondary schools.
This year (2019) I was selected by the Fulbright Program to work as a Foreign Language Teaching Assistant of Spanish at Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma for ten months. I arrived in August and so far I got the chance of visiting five states. I want to keep meeting people from different cultural backgrounds and visiting amazing places!
