Creating Health Awareness , with AHAARYOG, which Cures or Controls almost all diseases curable as well as incurable diseases! I'm making a Documentary on it; and soon I'll make Footmarch in Spain, to share the Benefits & Achievements of AHAARYOG with people!

ABOUT ME

I've invented an Unique Cooking Technique and have developed a Health Concept, based on Food, Massage and Yoga called AHAARYOG, which Cures or Controls almost all diseases curable as well as incurable diseases (Obesity, Migraine, Sinusitis, Diabetes, many more). We have also worked with Paralyzed people and results are surprisingly positive! Ahaaryog has helped people with different types of Pains.....
Right now, making a Documentary on it and soon I'll start Footmarch (walking, about 2000 kms) in Spain; which is a part of Documentary. Purpose of walk is to share the Benefits & Achievement of AHAARYOG with general public, to stay fit and healthy without medicine! During the Footmarch there will be Mobile workshops on various health problems and it's solutions.
