HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love travelling the world over thriving on the adventure of life, meeting fascinating and exuberant people from all walks of life, I am living the culture, learning something new everyday, expanding my horizons, tasting delectable foods and helping people with my therapies.

Ill help you rediscover the happy peaceful soul within through my therapies of thai yoga massage, Reiki, life coaching, emotional freedom techniques and health kinesiology. Whether it be an emotional, physical or spiritual block or your just plain stuck-Allow me to help you clear those blocks to a better you!!

I am also handy crafting things-give me some paints and a brush and Ill create you a masterpiece

Fun!! Fun!! Fun!! I love dancing, any sort but particularly love 5 rhythms, ecstatic dance and irish barn dancing!
Im an avid reader and I love to paint!
Love getting involved in the holistic community and am currently a member of the Tree of Life festivals and the Birmingham YES group. Looking forward to my first burning man festival event this year!! woo hoo!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing I have ever done so far was to jump out of a plane for charity!! OH MY GOD....it was amazingly awesome at 45,000 feet!! I may have soiled myself on the way down but I would love to do it again!!
