ABOUT ME

sporty and socially active, people are generally surprised about my full-on life... i'm always on the go but for me life is all about the balance between quality and quantity. in between work/dance/running/friends i try to find time to enjoy slow food, reading and a good movie.
i'm a bit of a hippy in the sense that i pay a lot of attention to the world around me - wholesome food, home grown if i can and definitely fresh (no canned stuff in my pantry), thinking about how and where the stuff i buy (not just food) is produced, and ~clean and green". i do my bit to prevent the world from disappearing up its own arse...
i try very hard to learn about other people and cultures and not have an opinion based on prejudice, and to appreciate other people's and cultures' point of view.

Right now it's all about flamenco, flamenco, flamenco (dancing and singing, and Toby plays the guitar), capoeira capoeira capoeira, and mountain biking (too much to type three times). I also love to run, and we're absolute coffee snobs.

That's obviously not "all" about me, but you'll find out more when we meet!

Initially I was a bit unsure but I've definitely relaxed now - CS is a great concept and I hope to be a great host and guest
