ABOUT ME
I'm a 20 year old Melbourne biology student who's traveling through Europe and trying to see as much of it as she can :) I'm OBSESSED with good food and cooking so any chance to eat, drink or cook delicious things and I'm there with a passion. I even have a travel recipe blog, you should check it out (tickettotaste.wordpress.com)
I'm in love with drawing so pencils and paper come with me everywhere, along with a camera to try and capture interesting faces for future sketches.
I bake a lot if unleashed into a willing kitchen. Shortbread is one of my great loves (my recipe is my great grandmothers. Baking it is a quick cure for homesickness)
PHILOSOPHY
Smile at people and happiness will follow you
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I'm a complete newby! Really excited and slightly nervous about starting. Can't wait to meet some amazing people, stay in some amazing places and then have them all back at mine in Melbourne :)
Interests
Food! Food and art and music and people! I spend a lot of time drawing and I love walking, I think its the best way to get the feel of a place. Sitting in cafe's watching a city walk by with some good coffee and a piece of cake is bliss.
People with passions, whatever they may be.
Genuine smiles.
Faces. Drawing faces with stories behind their eyes.

Music, Movies, and Books
Good music! Doesn't matter what the style as long as its done well. Songs with brilliant lyrics. Poetry is alive and well in music.
Science fiction books and movies! My name sake is from "Dune" so I was lost to Sci fi before I could blink.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Landing in Delhi at 3:00 am and watching the city blur past the taxi window. It was beyond anything I'd ever known!
Watching the sun go down in the desert in Jaisalmer, India, after a day riding Camels and cooking over a campfire.
Running off mountains in Manali and Dharamsala trusting that the parachute above me would keep me up. Paragliding is fast becoming a new passion!
