my name is ahlove but I go by Love :) I am a complete nut for trying new things, going new places, and meeting new people. I'm a caregiver by profession and a writer in life. I find people fascinating and can talk to anyone. I believe we're all connected in love and I try to live my life that way.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I couchsurfed in 12 different countries during an around the world trip in 2008-9 and I can't imagine my trip without all my wonderful hosts!! The best way to be a stranger in a new city. I have also hosted people and had fun being on the other side of the couch!

兴趣

I love our natural environment, and to be in it. I love plants and animals and people. I love to see how it all fits together and how nothing can survive alone.

My biggest interest right now is to form a network of volunteers and community-builders to create a new system that elevates living for all of us.

I write a lot, love cooking and music and you're more likely to find me off the beaten path than in the middle of a crowd.

I spent the night in a tree with some tree sitters in an Oregon forest during my first hitch hiking trip when I was 17. We got to rappel up and down this massively tall tree and then sleep in the canopy :D
