Overview
About Me
Hello! I’m a Palestinian born and raised in Kuwait. I’ve lived here for 38 years and run my own accounting office. I’m passionate about meeting new people and experiencing different cultures. I enjoy traveling, learning about different lifestyles, and sharing stories and experiences with others.
When I’m not working, I like spending time with my family, exploring new hobbies, and having interesting conversations about life, business, and everything in between. I believe in the value of connecting with people from diverse backgrounds, and I’m always excited to learn from the experiences of others.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I’m on Couchsurfing because I believe in the power of human connections. Meeting new people, learning from their experiences, and sharing my own is something that excites me. Couchsurfing offers a unique opportunity to connect with locals, explore cultures in a deeper way, and build friendships that go beyond just travel. For me, it’s not just about seeing new places, but about the people I meet along the way and the stories we share.
Interests
I’m passionate about business, entrepreneurship, and personal development. I enjoy learning about different cultures and trying new foods. Traveling is one of my favorite activities because it allows me to meet new people and explore different ways of life. I also have a deep interest in history, especially Middle Eastern history. In my free time, I like spending time with my family, reading books on finance and psychology, and listening to music.

I enjoy a wide range of music, from classical Arabic music to modern pop and instrumental pieces. I also appreciate traditional Palestinian and Kuwaiti music, as it reminds me of my roots.
Movies:
I’m a fan of thought-provoking films and documentaries. I enjoy movies that offer a fresh perspective on life or tackle real-world issues. Some of my favorites are The Pursuit of Happyness and Inception.
Books:
I enjoy reading business and self-development books. Some of the titles I’ve enjoyed include Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki and Thinking, Fast and Slow by Daniel Kahneman. I also like reading historical books and biographies, as they offer deep insights into the lives of influential people.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One amazing thing I’ve done is successfully managing my accounting business during the COVID-19 pandemic. It was a challenging time with a lot of financial difficulties, but I was able to keep the business running and support my family despite the odds. It taught me a lot about resilience and the importance of adapting to unexpected situations.
Teach, Learn, Share
