One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
When I have been volunteered at Resala charity, we used to make a special donation event. There were new volunteers who joined us and, in this event, we had to talk to others to urge them for donating to the charity. The head of the team was supposed to explain to them how to talk to others to urge them for donating to the charity and how to talk to people with the best respect way but the head did not come. So, I wanted to take responsibility instead of him. So, I began to explain to new volunteers everything about communication skills and negotiation skills, I started to distribute them in all directions which we planned. On that day we gained a great outcome of money to use it in charitable convoys. This situation made me not hesitate to take responsibility for anything as long as I have an idea about it. Because, before this situation, I didn't like to be responsible for anything to disclaimer so that I am not asked if a mistake has occurred. After that and with many situations, my life and I became change gradually for the better because I have gained the skill of good handling crises and creative thinking. Such things make me effective and made me aware of many things that I did not have an idea about it.
