Hey, I’m a 27-year-old Egyptian guy currently based in Kraków. After spending the last few years building my life from the ground up in a place far from everything familiar, I’m finally ready to begin the journey I’ve been craving for years. Not just to travel, but to experience. To live places instead of just passing through them.

I’m straight edge. I don’t smoke, I don’t drink, and I’ve never really felt the need to. I choose to live clean because I want to be fully present in every moment. But I’m not strict or closed off. I’m deeply open-minded and genuinely love connecting with people who live and think differently than I do. I love getting a glimpse of the world through someone else’s reality.

I am, and I've always been a metalhead, this type of music is a big part of my life, it fuels something deep in me. If you’re into rock or heavy music, there’s a good chance I’ll want to trade playlists or drag you into a concert. Growing up in Egypt, my music taste didn’t really fit in. Metal isn’t exactly mainstream back home. But now, especially in Kraków, I’ve finally found spaces where I don’t feel so different. That's an amazing feeling after all these years of being the odd one out.

I like the connections and conversations when you forget you’re two strangers from different countries and just share space as people being themselves. I believe that the soul of any place is found in its people. And that’s who I’m here to meet, one story at a time.

I’m not using Couchsurfing for a free place to stay. I’m here because I want to exchange something meaningful. I’ll bring good energy, thoughtful conversation and music if you’re up for it. I’m tidy, respectful, and easy to be around. And I really appreciate anyone who’s willing to open their home and share their life, even briefly.
