ABOUT ME

Fun loving and open minded ecologist and internationalist. Easy going and hungry for new experiences. Love to meet new people and experience differences and resemblances with myself.

I speak four languages and have a multicultural background which has made me open and appreciative to new cultures and peoples. Would love to improve all languages. I am currently a Master student in European Studies at the University of Gothenburg, and I have previously studied law and French also.

For the future I have a clear vision of working in an international environment with social issues as social issues lies in the center of my interests.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

None yet but hopefully I'll be able to do some during my wwoof:ing trip in the south France during the summer.

Interests

Of course I love travelling, seeing and experiencing both big and small and never reject anything before trying.

After have been living in NYC, USA during spring 2012 for work at the UN and in Aix-en-Provence, France during spring 2011 for French language studies I have learned to appreciate everything, from having a slice of pizza in a street corner of New York to hiking up a mountain in Provence.

I like reading good literature and try to find new good reads and also finishing the pile I have started, my favourite writer is Hunter S. Thompson.

Besides this I must say I like learning new things all over. Knowledge in any way tickles my mind and it can be all from deeply academical or superficially popular.

I see myself as being interested in gardening in the future. When I have the time I will try to get my green fingers going.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have two awesome experiences in mind to share:

First when I drove around the Rif Mountains in Marocco in February 2011. Jawdropping scenery and lovely people.

Secondly, the first day living in New York City in the beginning of February 2012. Walking down Park Ave from 64 st. to my work at 47 st / 2 ave. Where I just felt the city for the first time as it would be my home for the next five months.
