For now, as follows:

After some travelling, living in few different places, I came to realize that there are a few situations that I feel life is well worth living, that I feel complete, part of and content with the universe. And it speaks about me:

* Nature!
Being in contact with nature, hiking, swimming in the ocean or underneath a waterfall, high in a mountain with a vast view...

* Music music music - Always!
Playing my instruments or just listening to a beautiful song or melody that speaks to me.

* Silence

* Travelling!
This is movement, culture, knowledge, adventure, challenges, understanding, freedom...

* Friends

* People - Meeting new people that adds to life, bring new horizons

* Having a good Yoga practice, a good meditation, shamanic works, drumming around the fire, rituals and celebrations...

* Festivals and Gatherings - for music, people, art, fun, spirituality...

* A good dance!

* Avocado and Sharon fruit!
