About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Being kind & loving to all people and helping people to activate their potential.

ABOUT ME

- TRAVELING AT THE MOMENT & LEFT STOCKHOLM -

I've been living a nomadic life for 9 years now. I studied Epidemiology ( what a doctor does to a single person on a macro level: trying to understand patterns of diseases to then figure out how to prevent them from occurring) and am now gypsying around, working on usepotential.com, a project I started last year to revolutionize refugee camps, teaching Jivamukti yoga and doing bodywork (Nuad Thai). I care a lot for people's health and am passionate about behavioural change, healthy &yummy food & movement.

I'm going to move to Beirut (Lebanon) in September to learn Arabic and work closer with disaster management solutions.

PHILOSOPHY
Always giving your best, being as kind & loving as you can be.

"Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover. "

- Mark Twain
