I am a married Finnish male and have taken early retirement living in Helsinki all summer. Enjoy the outdoors, boating hiking, literature and amateur theatre, the latter since school days.

Participation in the revival of Beijing Opera as an art form in the post- Cultural Revolution Era by participating in the expatriate chorus at the Jinju festival in Tianjin China, 1995.
Probably the first Finn to set foot on Suursaari Island in 1990 after it was occupied by Soviet forces in 1944.
Installed as honorary chief of the Gomoa Ankamo clan in Ghana, Africa in 1990.
