Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love travelling ( Like everyone else here I guess :p ) and espacially, travelling in a different way.
I don't want to be a tourist, whose unique wish is to discover the main places and monuments to visit in a country .
I want to be a traveller, that takes time to meet people, to exchange and to feel how it really is like to live in the place he is visiting.
I guess that's what travel is for, otherwise we could just watch everything from home :)
