About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Find what I really want to do with my life
ABOUT ME
Is it possible to tell all about you in a tiny space like this fellow travelers? I didn't think so!
At most, a few adjectives for starters might be: easygoing, open minded, funlover, somewhatdrinker, lovefool, notasmuchasIwantto-traveler, sometimes funny-sometimes blue, homophile liberal animalfreak, roadrunner, sportsjunkie, adrenalinepumper, doesnotfitin-but-cannotgetout, intolerant to xeno-homophobic people, people with taboos and prejudices in general
PHILOSOPHY
I love life! And try to accept anything as it is that comes along.
Sometimes you wake up. Sometimes the fall kills you. And sometimes, when you fall, you fly.
I want to travel more, get lost, get lost in translation, find my way out, on my own, ok maybe with a little help of my friends, hoping that I'll find out more about myself on the road.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
My cousin introduced me CS a few years ago, I'm a newbie experiencing it myself since April 2013
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I'm pretty new to the thing and willing to participate as much as possible.
I hosted a lot when I was in my hometown, Istanbul, I'm living my dream down under for a few months now, so it's my turn to be a guest I guess and try CS in Australia!

Music, Movies, and Books
Could be a huge list!
Some highlights: <3 Tim Burton, Charlie Kaufman, David Fincher, Danny Boyle movies, adore Sci-Fi and fantasy, worship oldies (but goldies :p). Music range from electronic, 80's and progressive-alternative rock, jazz to indie/folk. Nat. Geo. fan, I wish I was a documentarist for them!
I'm in love with Neil Gaiman. Dino Buzzati, George Orwell, Amin Maalouf, Haruki Murakami, ̡̉hsan Oktay Anar are great authors for me. I like reading novels and short stories, but could read pretty much anything, any genre depending on my moods and instantly interests.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Lived and loved? I don't think that jumping off some cliffs would amaze me more than some stuff I witness in the daily life. It is fun though, will give the devil its due for that :)
Living spring, winter and summer on the same day on my trip to Barcelona was pretty amazing, with rain in Toulouse, a lot of snow in the train station in between up in the mountains, and beautiful, bright sunshine of Barcelona!
I love spontaneity, decided to go to Norway, packed and went right the day after with no plans, was really exciting and fun!
I love no plans-at-all adventures, this is how I went to study to France, with only a suitcase, no friends, no connections, not even a hotel booking, but it's a long story to share!
Teach, Learn, Share
Well I don't feel expert on anything, but I think I can teach french language, french&turkish cuisine, turkish history&culture. I can give you tips about exercise&training, scuba diving and underwater life, maybe some yoga.
Anything new and unexperienced by myself, even the oddest stuff is more than welcome, feel free to share. Esoteric knowledge or survival in the nature? Why not!
I have a special interest and talent in languages, I'd love to learn more.
