About Me
Hello dear couch surfer!
I am a 24-year-old woman. I understand myself mostly as a French person, but I am also German in my heart. I feel like I adapt myself quickly to new cultures.
I am a passionate person. I love meeting people and most of all, deep talks. I need to travel to remind me that life is worth living. New places fulfil me.
I am doing a gap year since I want to create new memories, grow up and work abroad before a new pandemic stops life.
I can be calm and read a book with a cup of tea, as well as dance crazily in the darkness of my living room.
Most people say my humour is shit, so I only surround myself with people who find my off-the-wall humour funny :) everything is a matter of perspective, don't you think?
I'm a party crasher, and more generally, I crash everywhere I go, without disturbing anyone of course.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
In October, I am travelling to see my friends and family in Europe since I just finished my studies (eventually).
I have never tried CS but I have always wanted to.
In November, I will fly to New Zealand; I have the opportunity to make a stop-over in Seoul, Korea. I want to visit this city (and maybe outside), but it is an expensive place. Besides, if I sleep over with people living in Seoul, it would be the occasion to go out together or just to get tips for places to visit :) I prefer much more getting to know the culture of a foreign country than just seeing the main sightseeing tourist places.
In NZ, I will probably want to sleep on couches from time to time as well :)

Music, Movies, and Books
If I tell you honestly, you will think I am a stereotyped teenager. But there are a lot of other music, movies and books I like and I could tell you about :)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
> 2016: Parachuting
> 2021: Canne's film festival (I had the luck to see Matt Damon from very near)
That year, I also crashed into my neighbour's birthday party without knowing him: I baked chocolate muffins and he thought I had brought space cake... this is how our friendship began.
> 2023: I had the wonderful chance of making a last-minute trip in Malaysia with my summer job. It is the most breathtaking country I have ever visited.
Teach, Learn, Share
I do not expect you to teach me anything. I just hope we can spend at least some meals together :)
Besides, it would be nice to cook food with you, and maybe you could show me some of your favourite places in the town.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can teach you German and French.
A great deal of ideas and music are in my head.
I know how to cook eggs in the French fashion ;)
As a feminist, I can share my point of view on the world, regarding many societal topics.
