About Me

After having a bummer of a time in California, I packed my bags and went off to The Land of the Rising Sun (Japan), then to Oz (Australia), and a bunch of other countries without nicknames. After over a year and a half I went around the whole planet and landed in New York City, 2, 792 miles short of a total loop.

Over that time I've nearly completed the final draft of my epic-crazy-probably-going-to-fail-financially-awesome book, met a boatload of awesome people that I wish I was on a boat with right now.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've been hearing about Couchsurfing since highschool and while I have done plenty of it in my life, I've never done it on the official website. I've heard great things from my friends abroad and I really want to try it so I can meet locals and make friends!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love industrial music, science-fiction movies, games, comics, etc., ie. Aliens, Akira, Terminator, Star Wars, Bladerunner. Books is a mixed bag of non-fiction, sci-fi, fantasy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think writing a book is pretty amazing if I do say so myself.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm not sure what this category means but if it is asking what I can teach, learn, or share? Well:

I can teach cameras, home entertainment equipment (TVs, sound systems, UPnP streaming, Plex, etc.), computers, phones, Adobe software, graphic design, some music making stuff.

I'll learn about anything except math itself. I like the concepts of it, not the actual equations.

I'll share anything I can.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Again, this a bit vague for me (maybe I'm overthinking it?) but I can share what I have, which isn't much, and my technological expertise.

Countries I’ve Visited

Denmark, France, Guatemala, Ireland, Italy, Malaysia, Mexico, Monaco, Morocco, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland

Countries I’ve Lived In

Australia, Japan, Thailand, United States
