I am a 23 year old Canadian currently backpacking South America. I am easy going and love exploring new places and meeting new people. I am not a crazy party guy, but I like hanging out with people and having good conversation. I enjoy adventure and trying new things, like sports, activities, food, etc.. As a couchsurfer I am very respectful and clean up after myself, as well as maintain good hygiene. I also enjoy helping with things, such as making food. I love animals, so if you have pets, that's a bonus for me!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on couchsurfing to meet new, local people, and experience new places and cultures. Staying in hostels can be nice, but rarely are you able to interact with actual local people and live and eat true to the culture. I am also here to have a good time, and share experiences and stories with my host and other couchsurfers.

Rock music, especially 60s and 70s
I love lots of movies, so can't list them all, but Lord of the Rings are some of my favorites.
Books on Mythology, philosophy, psychoanalysis, religion, so mostly non fiction.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was in South Africa for a month volunteering with Big Cats, like Lions, Tigers, etc... at a sanctuary.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can help teach English if someone would like to improve. I would love to learn Spanish, right now I only know the very basics, and would also like to learn about culture. I like to cook, so I could help and share what I know, as well as learning how to cook something new.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share my positive and fun personality, and good conversation, and am always willing to help and learn. I like to cook, so that is another thing. And I am always a very respectful guest.
