UPDATE** currently traveling with my girlfriend(Isabeau) we are a young couple from Alaska and are interested with meeting locals**I have red hair and I love it! I was born on and island in Alaska!! It's called kodiak if you are curious. I consider myself an explorer before a traveller. I'm in university and I am on my FIRST backpacking trip ever! I'm incredibly happy right now. To make the most of my travels I'm making a documentary about the worlds perspective of its self, I want to know how the world thinks about the world. I would like anyone and everyone to give their opinions :) couch surfing is an instant entrance to the locals and that's what I'm looking for!!

Everyone says it's the real deal, I'm honestly a just your typical solo traveller/college kid, and I want to meet locals for my documentary, no I NEED to meet locals!

Well I grew up on an Alaska island during the school year so it was winter, then spent my summers in Las Vegas which is in the middle of desert. So basically I was raised to be an extremest and can handle a vast range of weather.
