Why I’m on Couchsurfing

A travelers number one goal is to get off the beaten path of tourists and to have a memorable experience. I’m couchsurfing because locals know where the most unique memories can be made. And it’s cool because both traveler and local get to share that.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

On New Year’s Day I jumped into one of the canals in Amsterdam and shortly after an off duty cop told my group to get lost or we’d get in trouble.

I’d love to learn some traditional meals to cook. I can always help with cooking and cleanup. I really value learning new skills so helping with projects is also fun for me.
