I am a university lecturer, teaching politics and social movements. I do not consider myself to be a conventional academic and can shoot the breeze on any number of random and bizarre topics. Cooking is a big part of our lives and we are happy to share good times and good food with good people. Ive been with the same guy for eleven years and we have been married for three.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Ive surfed in Sri Lanka, Poland, Czech and Austria and had great experiences. Just returned the favour to my Viennese hosts. Ive also hosted people from Spain, England, Sweden, France, Switzerland, Poland, and Australia.

Interests

Music, gigs, wine, film, architecture (modernist), food, radio, walking on beach, swimming, books, current affairs. All manner of design but we have an un-healthy obsession with mid-century furniture design.
