Overview
About Me
I'm from Shenzhen, Guangdong in China. Studied and lived in Taiwan for 5 years. Studied Psychology of Education at UCL from 2021 and then worked in London. I'm sick of the weather in London so I applied for a working holiday visa to Australia. I will be enjoying the sun and beaches in Australia until London starts to get dark later than 4 pm.
I'm not able to host in London now because my landlord doesn't allow me to bring strangers home (she lives with me:( I'm moving to Australia next year so hope I will be able to host soon after I move!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I think couchsurfing is a good way to know people and get a deeper connection to the place than staying in a hotel.
I'm INFP, but I get more extroverted when I'm traveling. I kind of enjoy the extroverted version of myself. I can be very shy in social situations where there are a lot of people, so I don't really like big parties or clubbing. Couchsurfing suits me well because I can spend a lot of time with someone and have some meaningful deep conversations.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Watch the sunrise and countless hot air balloons rise in Cappadocia.
Try skydiving for the first time in Spain!!! I'm afraid of heights but I still did it to overcome my fear.
My host Andy drove me on a day trip to four countries - Luxembourg, France, Germany and Belgium!
Teach, Learn, Share
I used to teach Chinese to pre-school students in China so maybe I can teach you some Chinese if you are interested.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm good at cooking Chinese food. Most of my hosts love my cooking except Frank:p He said he ate more rice and noodles in the week he stayed with me than he had in his entire life. Well..It was also the first time in my life that I ate raw broccoli and cauliflower....
I always bring some tea or sweets from China or London for my hosts at the first stop of my trip. But if it's not the first stop I usually fill my host's fridge. Many hosts insist I don't need to do this, but it's nice to be able to do something in return for people's kindness to me.
